Elof Hansson Trade sources forest products from leading suppliers in Europe, Asia and the Americas for customers all over the world. We don’t just sell a product, but rather an added-value package of financing, risk management, shipping and marketing. Simply put – we provide business expertise that makes life easier for buyers and sellers of pulp, paper, timber and fiber.

We also sell equipment and projects to the pulp and paper industry as well as act as a general contractor in projects in which long-term project financing is required. We also invest in and develop real estate projects. In addition, we offer efficient logistics solutions and operate as a professional finance partner, providing trade finance and risk management. Elof Hansson was founded 1897 by the young merchant Mr. Elof Hansson, which makes us one of the oldest trading houses in Sweden. We have 300 employees spread over our 28 global offices. Our business concept, which is as strong today as when Mr. Elof Hansson started the company, is about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and helping them to make good deals.
