Homeowner’s Association Welcome

Welcome home to the farm! This magazine is intended to provide a quick reference guide to help you settle into your new home. It contains points of contact and telephone numbers for services and a brief guide for some of the requirements of the Homeowner’s Association. It also identifies services and facilities located in King George that may be helpful to you.

Hopyard Farm is a planned community. The Hopyard Farm Homeowners Association (HOA) is governed by the Board of Directors. The Association will own and maintain the common areas within the boundaries of the Association, as well as Hopyard Hall upon completion of the development. It also administers many additional services provided by the Association.

This is your community. We hope that you will take advantage of the many activities offered and use the facilities provided. Your ideas and suggestions are welcome! There are several committees which contribute to the wonderful lifestyle we have here. Why not consider joining one?

We are working hard to see that the Farm grows into a beautiful vibrant place in which to live and raise children.
