Stages Of Engagement Stage 1: QuickBooks File Review We perform a comprehensive review of your QuickBooks Company File based upon 15 fundamental accounting principles to determine the accuracy of your current books. There is a onetime fee of $199 for this service.
Stage 3: Catch Up Once your account is cleaned up and the data in your file is accurate, we will get your file caught up so your books are both current and accurate. This work is performed at the rate of $45/hour
Stage 2: Clean Up Based on the Findings of our File Review, we will make any corrections needed to ensure your books are accurate. This work is performed at our hourly “cleanup” rate of $45/hour
Stage 4: Monthly Bookkeeping Service Once you are at “Steady State”, meaning your QuickBooks Company File is totally up to date and accurate; we will perform our monthly bookkeeping services and keep you current on an ongoing basis.We provide this service at a fixed, affordable monthly fee based on the rate of $30/hour
