2 chashaku spoons of matcha 2 ounces of water Milk of choice (Preferably soy/rice milk) Sugar syrup

1. 2 chashaku spoons of

matcha sifted through a fine sifter.

2. Add about 2 ounces of water and whisk. 3. Pour into a coffee mug. 4. Steam milk of choice

5. Stir in sugar syrup to desired sweetness.
