and nothing less than extraordinarily beautiful illustrations and ideas for the holidays. We’re looking back at six (!) bumper issues in one year which means thousands of page layouts, (probably) several terra bytes of image and page uploads and hundreds of new contributors we got to meet. Indesign crashed so often all we (and especially Tina) wanted to do at times was to crawl under a table. We lugged boxes upon boxes of materials into our office and back out again, hauled shelves from one end of the country to the next (see the Tchibo feature in #sisterMAG15), put sportswomen into sack cloths (#sisterMAG14) and build

obstacles for a parking skills course out of larger than life presents. I don’t deal particularly well with change so the idea of having interns come and go is still not something with which I feel completely comfortable. It was hard to say goodbye to Tina at the beginning of the year but she remains a member of the team and still works through nights to get an issue finished. We asked a lot of each and every one of the five interns we had this year. In the spring we »forced« Laura into a modelling career for our photo gallery on beauty codes and staged a summer garden party at about 7°C. Cris had to skillfully touch up all the pictures to remove Laura’s goose bumps :). Anja
