INGREDIENTS 250 g Dark Chocolate 250 g Alsan 50 g Brown Sugar

250 g Vegan biscuits 150 g Pistachios, dried cranberries and peanuts (combined weight)

METHOD 1. Melt chocolate and Alsan in a skillet. Stir in sugar. Crumble up biscuits and add to the chocolate mixture with pistachios, cranberries and peanuts. 2. Pour into a mould and allow to set. Liftt out of the mould, dust with cocoa and serve.
