The stylish and environmentallyconscious café in Berlin became Germany's first Rubbish Café thanks to a team of dedicated helpers. Adapted from the English model, ecover's philosophy that plastic waste is a recyclable, reusable and thus, valuable material was exercised quite literally: Every guest could exchange a piece of plastic waste for a hot beverage – to enjoy inhouse, of course!
