WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION FOR THE WAY YOU USE YOUR BALCONY?

We are a big fan of vintage and reusing and recycling materials, so my husband made the deck from old scaffold boards. We wanted our outside space to reflect our indoor space. Since we love the vintage/bohemian/Scandi style, we tried to reflect that in the styling and use wood and vintage objects.

I love fabric and textiles! (I studied textile and fashion design). So lots of rugs, both indoor and specialist outdoor rugs, vintage leather poufes, and cushions, mostly ones I’ve made myself from vintage and reclaimed fabrics.
