I don’t like it when my pants are too loose and moving around, the shoes have to be stable for weightlifting and as I tend to start sweating quickly, I oftentimes just wear a sports bra that has to fit perfectly as well. I always make sure to wear breathable clothes, that enable me to move freely while being supportive at the same time.

The soundtrack of GLOW throws us back to the 80s as well. Quiet Riot, Bon Jovi, Rick Springfield, The Bangles or Guns N’Roses are part of it. Which tracks keep you going during a workout? I love to listen to Beyonce. She is a strong female role model and a person who has found meaning in her life and lives it. That is something that keeps me going on my way as well.
