NOTE: IMPORTANT Contractor to keep full set of drawings on site. Contractor is responsible for the correct setting out of the building on site with particular reference to boundaries and building lines. Contractor to verify all levels and dimensions on site and check same against architects drawings before commencing work. Figured dimensions to be used in preference to scaled dimensions. Large scale details to be used where available. Errors, discrepancies or omissions are to be reported to the architect immediately for clarification before work is undertaken. All drainage lines indicated are diagrammatic. Allow 30mm for floor finish and screed. Ensure a flush junction between different floor finishes. All necessary brick walls to be furnished with weepholes, wall ties, dpc etc. as per Contractor. External cavity walls to have galvanized wire ties provided at a rate of 4 tiles/sqm. All glazing to doors and windows to comply with SABS 0137 code of practice. Final earthworks to be checked and confirmed on site. All drawings to be read in conjunction with Engineer's Drawings & Fire Engineer's Drawings.

All floors to be constructed according to SANS 10021 Gundle® API A.T USB Green 250µm damp proof membrane under concrete surface beds conforming to SANS 952-1:2011 laid with minimum 150mm overlaps and sealed with Gunplas pressure sensitive tape. (K4) FIRE WALLS - Any garage wall to be a fire wall and be constructed according to SANS 10400 Part T and K.
