For the three-month period from November to January 2014, the average list price was 29% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for January 2014 was $3,080,250, compared to that of November through January 2014, which was $2,654,376. Comparing January 2014 to December 2013, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 80% increase in average sale price, and a 12% increase compared to same month of the prior year.
