DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS GENERAL It is recognised that the current proposal is an element of a larger scheme that will be delivered over several phases. The proposed works (and future phases of development) will be subject to the specific requirements of Dublin City Council Divisions and Departments and as such will be carried out in compliance with these requirements. DRAINAGE DIVISION REQUIREMENTS A full Stage 3 Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) in accordance with The Planning System and Flood Risk Management, Guidelines for Planning Authorities, November 2009, issued by the OPW for the site is appended to this application. The FRA identifies all flood risks as required document and outlines mitigation measures, where appropriate. A SuDs strategy also informs the FRA. A comprehensive site drainage plan will be designed on the completely separate system, allowing for the initial development needs of this proposal and the longer term drainage requirements of the entire site. The drainage plan shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS). Existing water courses that traverse the site have been located, CCTV surveys to ascertain their condition and any remediation / rehabilitation works are included in the report. The location of proposed connections to the public drainage network will identified, and potential connections required to serve additional phases of the overall site development will be agreed at detail design stage. All main trunk pipelines will be in compliance with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works.
