Simon McKenzie - Photography

Photography has taught me to experience the world through the creative filters of composition, light, colour, and texture.

It has inspired an investigation of the world around me. I have become fascinated with everything from grand mountaintops that pierce the heavens to the irreducibly small structures that define a single leaf or blade of grass.

These photographs have become bookmarks in my memory; A visual diary of past adventures. They represent a personal and continual pursuit to better understand the vast world in which we live.
