AGILE INCIDENT REPORTING Using Android or iOS devices, officers file incident reports directly from the field. They complete the reports using drop-down menus that you’ve customized for the property, decreasing the risk of errors. Officers can upload photographs, notes, and audio files to improve the quality of their incident reports. After they hit submit, reports are uploaded to the Silvertrac system with GPS location data, as well as time and date.

Administrators have the option of making incident reports trigger text or email notifications to keep every stakeholder (including supervisors and clients) informed. With Silvertrac, inaccurate, incomplete, and missing reports become a thing of the past.

FOOLPROOF CHECKPOINTS & GUARD TOURS With Silvertrac, you don’t need to purchase special hardware for scanning checkpoints. Officers simply use their iOS or Android device to scan QR codes, barcodes, or NFC tags.

Each time a checkpoint is scanned, four things happen:

1 Custom site-specific instructions appear on the officer’s device.

3 A GPS pinpoint is collected to verify the officer’s location.

2 A prewritten note is automatically entered into the system (limiting risk and liability).

4 (Optional) The officer can be required submit a photo of the checkpoint for added verification.

NIMBLE DISPATCH With Silvertrac, end users can choose to report a problem on the phone or online. Dispatchers receive new reports via the Issue Monitor, and can choose to dispatch the first available officer, a specific officer, or a field supervisor. Officers receive an alert on their device telling them to go to the issue location and providing

the details of the report. Meanwhile, Silvertrac is automatically logging key task milestones. Supervisors can even schedule recurring tasks like routine lockups or weekly inspections, so officers never skip or forget a task again.
