Hydro-Quebec is a government-owned public utility established in 1944 by the Government of Quebec. The company oversees generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for the entire province. They are the largest electricity generator in Canada and the world’s largest hydroelectric producer. Valued at CDN$ 15M, the project scope will include equipment sales, asbestos removal, dismantling and complete site demolition.
