“What people and brands mean by ‘healthy’ is changing” Perception matters a great deal in eating, and interest in healthy eating is increasing.3,4 But what people and brands mean by ‘healthy’ is changing. It is less about checking nutrition information on products and more about selecting ‘real food,’ ‘clean eating’ or following some downright unhealthy ideas peddled on Instagram.
