Paritsis


Local red wine from Siatista made of vineyards at an altitude of 600 - 750 m. It is based on Xinomavro (local variety in Northern Greece) at about 70% as well as Merlot 15% and Cabernet Sauvignon.

It is aged in oak barrels for 10 - 14 months. It can also be aged in bottle for at least one year.


Local red wine from Siatista made at an altitude of 600 - 750 m from vineyards under hot and dry summer. It is made of only one variety (Pinot Noir) with high persentage of spirit.

It should be kept in the bottle for at least one year.


Local white wine from Siatista made of vineyards at an altitude of 600 - 750 m. It is based on Gewurztraminer 90% and Xinomavro for the rest 10%.

It is found in bright yellow greenish colour in vivid bouquet and high acidity.


Local white wine from Amyntaio. Based on the Greek varieties Malagouzia and Asyrtiko and at a lower persentage Shardone.


Local white wine from Amyntaio. It is made basically from the white variety Roditis and the red own Xinomavro, a local variety in Northern Greece. It is light yellow colour and it is better served at 10 - 12 ยบC.
