The SIAST Nursing Division has a rich history of delivering quality nursing education for more than 46 years. In 2013-14, the Nursing Division continued its successful journey in the delivery of 19 innovative and award-winning programs to more than 5,000 students. Using a distributed learning model, programs were offered on-campus, in various communities, through print distance, videoconferencing and online delivery. Our impressive team of 255 expert faculty and staff demonstrated dedication and commitment to providing quality education in a supportive and student-friendly environment. Achieving our priority of putting students first resulted in improved studentcentred learning and increased student engagement and success.
