AYURVEDIC REMEDY FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE


What is Blood Pressure? It is a force applied by blood against the walls of arteries. In human beings, normal blood pressure is 120/80 mm of Hg. Two problems occur due to fluctuations in the blood pressure of the body. ďƒ˜ Hypertension: The blood pressure is more than 139/90 mm of Hg. ďƒ˜ Hypotension: The blood pressure below 120/80 mm of Hg.


What is Hypertension  Hypertension is a common chronic problem nowadays due to changes in food culture and living standards.  Modernization in your life makes you more prone to get different kinds of health problems.  Bad eating habits, alcohol consumption, lack of exercise leads to hypertension, and the progression of this problem leads to heart attack and kidney failure.


Hypertension is Divided Into Two Types: 1.Primary

Hypertension: This is a common type of hypertension when there is an unknown cause of an increase in blood pressure. It occurs when there are some changes in the environment and lifestyle.

2.Secondary
