Elizabeth Burin is an independent artist working in Baltimore. Born in Washington, D.C. and educated in Europe, she worked as a museum curator and taught art history before turning to studio art, earning a Certificate of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She is a Signature Artist Member of the Baltimore and Philadelphia Watercolor Societies, exhibits frequently in the mid-Atlantic area and online, and has received many awards for her work.
