AARP Smart Driver

Taught by AARP trained instructors, Smart Driver teaches safe driving techniques to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road. Insurance discounts for those 55+ after completing the eight-hour introductory course.

A four-hour refresher course is required every three years. Have your AARP member number ready when you register for a discounted registration.

AARP Smart Drivers Volunteers Needed

American Style Mah Jongg Tournament

Grab your 2023 National Mah Jongg League card and get ready for a day of fun and prizes. Hosted by tournament directors Tarri Levine and Nancy Poferl from the Metro and NE Twin City Suburban Mah Jongg Clubs. This is their 2nd Annual Mah Jongg Tournament benefiting The Alzheimer’s Association.

• Mah Jongg sets provided

• Lunch provided

• Tournament rules will be mailed two weeks prior to the tournament

• Cash prizes for the top five accumulated scores

• Tournament play is four, 55 minute rounds

8:30 am: doors open

8:45 am: rule review

2:00 pm: prizes awarded
