Perfect for shock and snag leaders when fishing in extreme snaggy conditions. Also perfect for Spod & Marker rod leaders. Available in either Camo Green or Camo Brown.

Expose and cut off 2.5” of Lead core (not required for Gravity LFL). 6
Pull the splicing needle back though.

Tie a figure of 8 loop in the mainline.

Insert a splicing needle just above where the lead finishes.

Smooth out and cut off any loose tag ends.

Now pass the loop in the Mainline through the loop in the leadcore.

Thread the needle 1” and push it back out through the braided outer. 8
A few drops of superglue can be added if desired for extra security. 13
Then pass the swivel end through the nylon loop.

Thread on the swivel.

The finished result is a smooth and strong join.

Pull everything tight to create a quick change and neat join that beads and swivels can slide over in the event of a breakage.

Hook the bottom of the tag end into the splicing needle.

Repeat the process in the other end but this time create a large loop using a multi-pull tool or similar. 15
*Please take care when using leadcore or LFL, keep fish safety in mind and do not create tether rigs.
