Tiny Tornados Tae Kwon Do Ages 4-6

These young ages are absolutely crucial for building a solid foundation that any child’s life is built on. Our program is specifically designed to work on the physical and mental skills necessary to support a happy, successful, healthy life. Teamwork and social skills - Learning to interact with others is an essential skill. The activities in class will help develop teamwork and social skills that will benefit our students forever. Coordination & motor skills - A strong, healthy body is essential to a pain-free life and benefits the mind. Our classes will help develop good motor skills and develop a movement habit throughout their lives. Self-expression and emotions - As kids interact with screens and technology more and more, their social and emotional skills can suffer. Our classes will help your child learn how to healthily handle their emotions. Confidence - Our classes strategically set up challenges to overcome. Junior Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 3-6

Your child can start Jiu-Jitsu as early as 3 years old! They will develop anti-bully skills, important social skills, learn to listen and focus, gain selfconfidence, discipline and body coordination. If your child is shy and this is the first time your child will be in a group setting, please stay with them to watch an entire class first. This will give your child an opportunity to become familiar and relaxed with their new surroundings and very likely to participate the next time they come in. Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 7-12

Get your child involved in learning self-defense, discipline and teamwork! At B1 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu your child will learn a complete self-defense system that will give your child a degree of self-confidence. Furthermore, we teach positive social values such as respect, honesty, humility and dignity. The practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is seen as a means to individual development and our kids program emphasizes these important life skills. Adult Jiu-Jitsu Ages 13+

The Fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed to teach the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as ground techniques in a simple and structured manner so that ANYONE can participate, learn, experience and see the results! This will include self-defense, ground work, wrestling takedowns and Judo throws. During this time, you will gradually build up your endurance, flexibility, core strength, hip movement, selfconfidence and most importantly, your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills.
