Congratulations to Favorite Laundry -- A Children’s Clothing Store -on its one year anniversary! Located at 100 Croft Street in Mt. Laurel, Favorite Laundry offers clothes, novelty items for babies, toddlers and children from a variety of lines and they also have expanded to offer consignment items.
Executive Director of Psychiatric Services with Baptist Health Services Zelia Baugh cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony of Shelby Baptist South Tower’s Adult Psychiatric Unit located on the 5th floor of the South Tower in Alabaster. The 20-bed inpatient psychiatric unit is the first in Shelby County to be able to assist those in need of psychiatric services.
The Greater Shelby Chamber’s January Community Luncheon, sponsored by Shelby County Newspapers, Inc., was its 34th Annual Meeting. The Chamber shared its 2014 Annual Report, 2015 Business Plan, recognized incoming and outgoing leadership and presented a special memento to Chris Curry on his retirement after 34 years of public service with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
