CHAMBER PROGRAMS Leadership Sheboygan County In nine action-packed day sessions from August to May, current and emerging leaders with the ability to make a positive impact on our community will be guided through a refreshing and skill building experience to ensure they acquire the knowledge and skills to benefit and lead their company and community strongly. Leaders will gain the opportunity to explore Sheboygan County through various activities, have fun while learning, and participate in a group project. This program brings together many leaders from a diverse group of professions and careers. Join the chamber in making learning fun and supporting our community leaders!

Junior Leadership Sheboygan County Open to 11th and 12th grade students in Sheboygan County, the Junior Sheboygan Leadership program is designed to educate and expand skills of Sheboygan County’s future generation of leaders.

Throughout this program, young leaders will be taught to prepare, identify, provide, promote, and facilitate in different crucial situations and organizations. Young leaders will also have the opportunity to participate in a book reading, guided discussions, a group project, volunteer hours, and a career fair! Seeking principles of mentorship, skill development, and experiential learning, young individuals will discover their full potential and gain valuable insights as they move towards the professional world of leadership.

Coastal Young Professionals Network The Coastal Young Professionals Network is an engaging group of like-minded individuals with the goal of retaining young, diverse talent in Sheboygan County through opportunities designed to allow young professionals to create their social culture, and serve as civic innovators, and community stewards to lead a new generation of leaders.

Young Professionals Best Under 40 Awards The Sheboygan County Chamber’s Coastal Young Professional Network hosts the Best Under 40 Professional Awards, recognizing the talented young professionals who have made incredible efforts to achieve greatness in leadership, community engagement, professional achievement, and volunteerism in Sheboygan County.

Featured is Ben Chapman, 2024 Young Professional of the Year.

Annual Chamber Golf Outing – Tee Up for a Day of Fun, Networking, and Community Spirit!
