Randy (Rand) Shear

Hi-I have been working in architecture for over 25 years and have been lucky to worked on some of the worlds largest buildings in some fantastic places with some talented people and for some amazing clients. I continue to be interested in the 'design process' and the delivery process in which ideation becomes a reality. While working for HOK Sports now Populous in Kansas City we created a unique division called 'Design Marketing Group' which concentrated in up front design work, brainstorming session, concept design and charettes with clients.I truly believe that my interest is in sharing with process with others and have produced both my portfolio of work and the design studio group publications for all to see.
