Concept Statement
Lee Financials is a financial advisory firm in the USA. They prioritize their clients and have employees who work long and demanding hours. Their new office will have a traditionallookand focus on a productive environment with "AttentionRestorationTheory" to balance stress. Since most employees are over 45, the office will have special lighting and signage to accommodate their vision changes.
To implement attention restoration theory, Lee Financials will display nature-relatedart on the walls and uselightandsoftcolors for fixtures and furniture. Exposure to nature has a focusing and distress-reducing effect (Kaplan, 1995).
Fluorescentlight will be used in hallways and common areas because is intense and does not produce shadows. Adjustabletasklamps as well as strip lighting (Butler, McMullan and Ryan, 2019)

The client wants all the elements of a rustic beautiful Tuscan construction with the comfort of living in the big city. Tuscan architecture brings happy memories from his childhood. Comfort and relaxation will be the ultimate goal. He wants an easyto-maintain space with a modern take on Italian architecture.
CONCEPTSTATEMENT:
Comfort meets functionality. This design will feature light colors and textures that remind the client of the beautiful Tuscan landscape. His favorite wine bottles will be showcased as a conversation statement for sports gatherings. The space will have a flow perfect for entertaining and hosting events. The outdoor area will have all the elements of a beautiful Italian grade.
