The bride is the daughter of Steve and Barb Marco of Dixon. The groom is the son of Dave and .ANCY +OBUS OF "LOOMINGTON The bride was given in marriage by her father. Serving as maids of honor were Lynn Smith, friend of the bride, and Lauren Marco, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Sasha Harris and Katie Pfundstein, both friends of the bride, and Jen Kobus, sister of the groom. Serving as best man was Brandon Bergschneider, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Brian Trainor, Jason Head, Matt Lally, and Tony Armstrong, all friends of the groom. Ushering the event were Paul Ray-

burn and Mike Troyanovich, both friends of the groom. Readings were done by Chris Marco, aunt of the bride, and Brian Bogner, cousin of the groom. A reception, hosted by Cassandra Rodgers, aunt of the bride, and Diane Cecil, aunt of the groom, was at the Dixon Elks Lodge. The bride is a graduate of Illinois State University, with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in communication. She is marketing coordinator for Illinois State University housing. The groom is a graduate of Illinois State University, with a bachelor’s degree in technology systems. He is a service desk engineer for Monolith Software. After honeymooning in Maui, Hawaii, the couple reside in Bloomington.

The bride is the daughter of Dan and Sara Ginter of Elkhart. The groom is the son of David and Debra Thormahlen of Prophetstown. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an A-line dress made of taffeta with lace appliquÊs. Serving as maid of honor was Ashli Blackburn of Oregon, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Alisha Wetzell of Tampico, Malorie Wetzell of Prophetstown, and Bree Tedrick of Rock Falls. Junior bridesmaids were Renee and Madison Pedersen of Chariton, Iowa, the bride’s cousins. The flower girl was Kiersten Christensen of Fort Meade, Fla., the groom’s second cousin.

Serving as best man was Kristofer Wetzell of Prophetstown, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Keith Wetzell of Tampico, Kyle Ivey of Sterling, and Wesley Taylor of Walnut. Junior groomsman was Jordan Ginter of Elkhart, the bride’s brother. The ring bearer was Koby Christensen of Fort Meade, the groom’s second cousin. The ceremony was ushered by Chris Helwig of Durand and Charles Hunter of Rock Falls. Honorary ceremony and reception hosts were Jeff and Paula Blackburn of Oregon, friends of the bride, and Amy Orna of Chariton, Iowa, aunt of the bride. The bride is a 2007 graduate of Oregon High School. She is employed by Birkey’s Farm Store in Prophetstown. The groom is a partial owner of the family farm, T&J Farms in Prophetstown. The couple honeymooned at home with family. They are expecting their first child in June 2014.
