All persons interested in bidding shall deliver, in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and provisions of the said Board of Education, a sealed bid to the Secretary of the Board of Education at the District #155 Center for Education, One South Virginia Road, Crystal Lake, Illinois, on any regular business day between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., prior to the bid opening.
