Couple will celebrate 60 years of marriage
Card shower planned for Fred Bushnell’s 90th birthday on Nov. 19
Mike and Karen Scholl of Polo will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Friday, Nov. 13. They were married Nov. 13, 1960, at the Oregon Methodist Church. An early family celebration was held Oct. 18 at an open sheltered area given by their children, Kent and Mary Scholl of Kaneville, Mark and Kathy Scholl of Polo, Dawn and Steve Glassburn of Tampico, and Michael and Tracy Scholl of Louisville, Colorado. Several grandchildren came to celebrate with the family. Also attending were John and Jackie Cavanaugh and Kurt and Susan Cavanaugh of Polo. The couple has 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Two great-grandsons are expected to arrive in 2021.
Fred Bushnell will celebrate his 90th birthday on Nov. 19 with a card shower. Cards may be sent to 675 Matanzas Court, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931
