JEANETTE A. JOSTAK Born: Dec. 11, 1938 Died: March 26, 2016

Jeanette A. Jostak, (nee Nelson), age 77, years, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Presence St. Joseph’s Medical Center. Born in Chicago on Dec. 11, 1938, and living in Joliet most of her life. Preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Elsie Nelson; and her brother, James Nelson. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Jerry Jostak; three children, David (Regina Frias) Jostak, Terri (Jack) Darin and Jackie (Jerry) Johnson; six grandchildren, Jack Darin, Danielle (George) Meintanis and David (Val) Darin, Melissa, Tiffany and Nicole Johnson; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Judith (Ronald) Sanders; one sister-in-law, Janet Nelson and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home 2320 Black Road on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at 9:15 a.m. to Holy Family Catholic Church for mass at 10 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park I. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday, March 28, 2016, from 3 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.

Judith Ann McDonnell (nee Bruscino) “Judy,” age 75, of Channahon, and formerly of New York, and Park Forest, passed away peacefully Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016. Beloved wife of 48 years to Joseph “Deacon Joe” McDonnell of Channahon; loving mother of Claire (Steve) Grad, Rosemary McDonnell (Christie Collins) and Aimee (Mike) Byrne. BONNIE S. POSEY Bonnie S. Posey, nee Jungles, age 60, passed away March 19, 2016, with her family at her side. Bonnie loved animals, especially dogs. She also enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. Preceeded in death by her father, Harry J. Jungles. Survived by her mother, Esther, nee Zolecki, Jungles; her sister, Carolyn M. DOROTHY L. RIBLON Dorothy L. Riblon, Nee: Scheefeldt, age 100, passed away Saturday March, 26, 2016, at the Mother Theresa Home in Lemont. Survived by one son, Edward (Catherine Gierman) Riblon; two daughters, Cheryl Williams and Patricia (Steven) Dagdigian; one grandson, Matthew A. (Sarah) Riblon; two stepgranddaughters, Jennifer (David) Eulberg and Rachel (Matthew) Vella; two great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Riblon

and Anna Eulberg; one nephew, Emery (Nancy) Subar Jr. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward Riblon; father, Renald Scheefeldt; Adeline (Schwab) Borchert; stepfather, Wiley Borchert; son-in-law, Edward Williams; three sisters, Evelyn Subar, Ethel Scheefeldt and Maude Olroyd. Born in Minooka, living in Joliet most of her life. Dorothy was a crossing guard at Sheridan School for many years. She volunteered at the Will County Senior Service Center and the Rialto Square Theatre. Dorothy loved to travel. SR. M. JOSEPHINE ROSENKRANZ, OSF Sr. M. Josephine Rosenkranz, OSF, passed away March 23, 2016. Sister entered the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart in 1954, making final profession of vows in 1960. She ministered for 29 years as an elementary teacher and 28 years as a bookkeeper for the congregation. Beloved for her generous, joyful spirit and known for her bakery at the Sisters’ annual garage sale. Survived by sisters, Joyce and Jean; brothers-in law, Allen Scherer and Donald Kaszynski; 8 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews, several great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Louise (Pelko) and Bernard Rosenkranz; nephew, Mark Kaszynski. Arrangements on March 28, 2016, Visitation 2 to 6 p.m. with Wake Service at 4 p.m. Mass at 6:30 p.m. at St. Francis Woods, 9201 W. St. Francis Road, Frankfort.
