ichelle Francque-Burns has always loved to cook. She started out in the food industry as a dietitian, having fallen in love with the science of cooking. Now, she’s been catering for 31 years and offers a full-service restaurant, catering, and bar service for all weddings and events – big and small – along with her partner, John French, at Smoked on 3rd. Walking into Smoked on 3rd on a Friday morning is a little like arriving early to the summer family reunion – quiet, fresh, and clean, a couple of bright smiles coming to greet you, and the smell of sweet, smoky brisket hanging in the air.
