DOWNERS GROVE – Several downtown Downers Grove businesses are honoring, in one way or another, My Favorite Toy Store gift cards. The store closed last month and will not be honoring its gift cards or returns or exchanges. Charlie & Grace, 937 Curtiss St., offer a one-time 10 percent off total purchase through Jan. 31 for any customers with unused My Favorite Toy Store gift cards. Customers simply need to bring in their unused gift card at the time of purchase for verification purposes. Customers can keep their gift card to use for other promotions in Downers Grove and Elmhurst. Fair Game, 5147 Main St., offer a discount of 15 percent off the entire purchase to anyone with a My Favorite Toy Store gift card, up to a maximum savings of the value of the card. The card must also be surren-
dered at that time. Happy Dog Barkery, 5118 Main St., offer 50 percent off one dog toy provided it does not exceed the value of the card. Only one discount per My Favorite Toy Store gift card, proof of purchase with dollar amount required and card must be surrendered at time of purchase. The Olive Tap Downers Grove, 5143 Mochel Drive, will honor it at 10 percent off up to the total amount of the gift card. The card must be surrendered at the time of purchases and, in order to verify the value of the My Favorite Toy Store gift card, customers should bring a receipt or other proof of purchase. University of Aesthetics & Cosmetology, 1043 Curtiss St., is offering the choice of a free haircut, facial, manicure or pedicure, for those who turn in a My Favorite Toy Store Gift Card. All services are performed by students under the direct supervision of licensed instructors.
