Education brief Jamie Olson to study abroad CHARLESTON — Jamie Olson of Princeton has recently been awarded the Eastern Illinois University Dorothy E. Walden Short Term Study Abroad Scholarship. Olson, the daughter of Jack and Cyndi Olson of Princeton, is a sophomore majoring in graphic design.

Nikki Kromphardt of Bloomington and Darin Dingman of Bloomington were united in marriage Nov. 24, 2012, at Pilgrim Park, outside of Princeton. She is the daughter of Dave and Barb Kromphardt of Spring Valley and he is the son of Sandy Dingman of Puyallup, Wash., and the late Bob Dingman. Amanda Carew, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Ushers were Jon Kromphardt, brother of the

bride, and Derrick Dingman, brother of the groom. Nolan Carew, nephew of the bride, assisted by Carol Kromphardt, grandmother of the bride, was the ring bearer. A reception to honor the couple was held at Biaggi’s in Bloomington. The bride is a graduate of Hall High School in Spring Valley. The groom is a graduate of Mountain View High School in Vancouver, Wash.
