Want to run for Club Office? Now is your Chance!

Here is a description of each position:

In order to be eligible to run for President or Vice President, the candidate MUST have had a position on the Key Club Executive Board. President’s Responsibilities: ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Setting and monitoring the goals of the club Running club meetings Delegating tasks as necessary Keeping officers on task and provide assistance to committees Arrange and conduct executive board meetings Organize or participate in inter-club events Create an agenda for the weekly meeting Recruiting and maintaining members Manage facebook group Communicate with the general members with new events and ideas.

Vice President’s Responsibilities: ● Assist the President in leading the club ● Learn the duties of the president in order to fill in or take over as necessary ● Ensure that the club monthly reports are mailed ● Ensure that the attendance is taken at every meeting ● Ensure the successful transition of the new Vice President to the Role

Treasurer’s Responsibilities: ● Handling all membership dues, fundraising money and registration fees ● Maintaining accurate financial records ● Maintaining the club account ● Depositing club funds ● Attend all club and officer meetings ● Prepare an annual budget ● Keep a record of all receipts and files Key Notes • December October 2015 2015 • Volume • Volume XLI XLI Issue Issue V VII • Page • Page 4 4
