What is Hot Yoga? Hot Yoga is a Vigorous Form of Yoga that is performed under Hot & Humid Condition. It is performed at a place heated to 105 °F (40 °C) and has a humidity of 40 percent. The formal name for Hot Yoga is “Bikram Yoga”.


Take a Shorter Version Of The Class The Core Temperatures remains for approximately 60 minutes in the class ,so by shortening the class duration, you can minimize heat – induced risks but can still provide the useful benefit to your body.


Hydrate More Frequently Hydration is very important part in all forms of yoga . Some say that Water disrupt the focus of the practice but it’s not more than a myth. Hydrate your body at intervals during Hot Yoga.


Listen to Your Body If you feel Nauseous, Confused or have Muscle Cramps during or after Yoga Practice then these are the signs that you need to reduce time spent in yoga practice or eliminate it altogether.


Keep Room at Lower Temperature Take Yoga classes that are around 98-100 °F then common 105 degree in some classes as both will give same benefits as you are sweating profusely.
