Brothers Angelo and Vincenzo Marrone have been serving up authentic fresh-dough Italian pizza and other delicious Italian specialties in Chapel Hill since 1980. Everything is homemade every day from fresh ingredients from the dough pulled every morning to the sauce made from Mamma Saletta’s famous recipe. Try a baked speciality such as manicotti, or a plate of Shrimp alla Fradiavola, another house specialty. And don’t forget the Ravioli alla Napoli, with chicken, bacon, ham, and fresh tomato in a pink cream sauce. IP3 has pitcher specials on a good selection of draft beer, including Yuengling, Sam Adams, and Bud Light.
