FINN PLASTIC SURGERY Dr. Charlie Finn has been practicing in Chapel Hill since 1998. Dr. Finn specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures such as face-lift, rhinoplasty, and endoscopic brow lift. He is an accomplished sculptor and commits much of his time to giving back through the F.I.N.N. Foundation. After 10 years of successful solo practice, Dr. Finn hand-picked Dr. ElkinsWilliams to join the team in 2018, adding his complementary skills in breast rejuvenation and body contouring. Dr. Elkins-Williams was raised in Chapel Hill and his roots in the area go back three generations. Together, Drs. Finn and Elkins-Williams provide a comprehensive aesthetic practice, offering everything from basic facial maintenance to major rejuvenation.
