I invite you to join the celebration on Facebook! #allin31 is a fun way to celebrate what Thirty-One is doing for you & your family. The stories of gratitude and gratefulness are an amazing testimony of the power of the party and the power of the paycheck. They are linked together, right? What are you thankful for that Thirty-One has done for you. Share on Facebook and use the hashtag #allin31 Did you know you can search a hashtag? Yes, you can! On Facebook go to the search box and type in #allin31 and you will see any post that has used the hashtag. Take a minute to scroll through the posts and see how the lives of so many have been impacted by our opportunity. I am #allin31, how about you??

The pink ticket opened the door for so many conversations. I did a drawing for my ticket and in order to be entered one of the requirements was enrolling first and then I drew from everyone that enrolled. The ones that didn’t win the pink ticket have a special incentive from me just for them. Jackie Davidson, Director In October, I started being very intentional in my prayers. I asked God to please bring ladies to me that NEED Thirty-one. Adding new team members, meeting new customers and connecting with Thirty-one sisters has really been the difference in not only my business, but my accountability group as well. Keri Luedtke, Director

In October I really focused on the benefits of becoming a consultant, laying them all out there and holding nothing back. With the holidays quickly approaching the ladies really responded to a "credit free" Christmas using both the marketplace and our commissions! Danielle Peterson, Director In addition to asking every host, I identify a strong person(s) from the party and tell her what I see in her and what a great addition she would be to my team. The majority of my team has the leadership mindset from Day 1 therefore add that way. Alisa Weiss, Director When I share the invite to join I keep it light, emphasizing the fun and the rewards. I am not asking them to take out a mortgage, just offering them a pink box of fun, discounts and the potential for more. I invite them to join my no-pressure Let's Chat 31 Facebook group where they can scroll through the posts at their leisure to get the scoop and ask questions. Tami Jbeily, Senior Director The keys to sponsoring last month for me were prayer and consistency! I set a goal with a fellow leader to make 3 contacts per day for sponsoring and booking, and it really paid off! Sharing the Pink Ticket was a big help, too! Jamie Duncan, Director I have found that my fortune is in the follow up. No lead is left behind, they are all important. You don’t plant seeds today and pick the flowers tomorrow. You have to be genuine with women, get to know them and find out what their needs are, then you can talk to them about why they “want” this opportunity and what it can do for them. I am very real with ladies, I tell them what it has done for my family and why I love Thirty One. I “ASK” everyone and I let them know that I understand that it’s not for everyone and the amount they want out of Thirty One is different for everyone and I can appreciate that. I am not pushy. I want them to know I understand their fears and that I here to help every step of the way. Jennifer Messerschmidt, Director I find that the times I'm the most successful with sharing the opportunity are the times when I'm the least focused on what's in it for ME, and the most focused on what's in it for HER! This is the BEST time of year to get started because it's a time of year when we can really help women have an impact on their families: paying cash for Christmas, getting started strong through the holidays- so many GREAT reasons to join right now! Amy Murray, Executive Director Sharing the opportunity in October was easier than ever! It gave me so many reasons to share my why with my customers in my VIP group and in parties! I’ve always said that there’s no reason NOT to be sharing the opportunity because when you hold back, you’re holding back from sharing with someone who could truly use the opportunity! So share your why and what Thirty-One has done for you and your family any chance you get - you never know who’s listening. Miranda Shirley, Director Three things that I do consistently. 1) Ask. 2) keep them in the loop and follow up when a new catalog or incentive comes out. 3) Always build those relationships! Jackie Gerbers, Executive Director First of all let how much you love what you do shine through! People want to join a team where there is a leader who is excited about what she does. Second, stay in contact with those fence sitters. And listen for cues from people who “might” be interested or need this opportunity. Allison Pope, Director Simple formula, really the fortune is in the follow up. Keeping in touch with those that have expressed interest or that we have shared with. A simple check in from time to time being excited with all the opportunities available. Ellen Castelli, Senior Executive Director

I reached out to all of my customers through my back office email and told them about the $15 pink ticket. I also talked it up to everyone I came into contact with during the Incentive. A couple ladies were my hostesses so I recommended they join. Lori Wollman, Director I honestly don't know how I did it. I honestly think that it is just great timing for people to sign up! Fall is the best time to sign up because the selling season is so busy and there is just so much potential at getting started successfully! Heather Beard, Senior Director Focus and Listen! I am a talker and I don’t stop sometimes....just ask Team W.I.L.D!! It wasn’t until I stopped and listened to my future sisters with my heart... that’s when I started seeing success. Once you listen and can tell it’s time...shine that “31 sparkle” girl!!( that was for you Jill :) Sarah Mihm, Director I used the idea of the pink ticket to attract new recruits. After using my pink ticket, I offered my own “ticket” for $84 to any other new consultant who joins and sells $1,000 PV in their first 30 days. Amanda Wemhoff, Senior Consultant I offer the opportunity to everybody. I lay out the math on my VIP and business pages. I especially offer it to every hostess before the party gets going and before orders start coming in. I ask her if, in addition to earning hostess benefits, she wants to make the commission off of her party by being a member of my team. Once she joins, I know she will fall in love with the company. We have the best hostess and consultant programs. Combine them and we are irresistible! Tracy Bumpus, Director Follow up, follow up, follow up! Carol Daniel, Director I keep a journal of who I have shared the opportunity with , how I shared it via home party , online or customer order and I follow up with them and keep them in the loop of what is going on with Thirty-One . Amanda Huffstickler, Director I keep a constant list of those who may be interested in the opportunity in a notebook. I connect with them monthly just to check in and see if the time is right for them. Luckily, 4 decided that it was their time! October was great to talk about the holidays and making extra income. The pink ticket was the icing on the cake. I am so glad to have these women on my team. Now to help them qualify. Cara Cross, Director

Keep asking, keep planting the seeds! Each one of my new team members I had started the conversations over 6 month's prior. Don't stop asking. Danielle Klein, Director The pink ticket in October allowed me to start conversations and new conversations with potential team members! I was consistent in following up with them even after my pink ticket had been redeemed. My new team members couldn’t pass up earning some extra cash this holiday season! Ashley Aguilar, Senior Director

How did she do it!

October was my JAM! I really planned ahead of time and got my 'ask' on! If you don't ask, someone else will. Keeping that mindset really helped me remain consistent in booking those parties. I also provided my hostesses with all the materials that I would appreciate as a hostess and use as a consultant....and it WORKED! I beat my personal best of 13K!!! #nevergiveup Laurie Van Vleet, Director A friend contacted me about Christmas gifts for her clients....the next thing I knew, I'd sold 350 bags! It felt so great to make that happen for her, her clients, and for my business! Rose Kluth, Consultant I aggressively booked as many parties as I could for October and regularly featured in my VIP group items in our Holiday Gift Guide to promote our Hostess Special. I was able to book 4 home parties and 2 Facebook parties-- my customers LOVED seeing the return of the Medium Utility Totes Andrea Harris, Director I went back to several past hostesses and new contacts that said they had interest in a party, just hadn't had time yet. I was able to share the customer special with them as well as the hostess rewards and each party we pushed to hit the minimum $600 level. Obviously the specials and hostess specials sold themselves! Many of the parties I did were online, and interaction was key from both my hostess and customers to keeping the parties going. Kellie Wallace, Director In October I had a mixture of everything. I had home parties, vendor event, fundraiser, Facebook parties and some book parties. I also had several retail orders that turned into a party. Made lots of follow-ups. It’s all in the follow-ups. Karla Matthias, Director I always make sure that BEFORE we even set up the party, I set up a goal with my hostess about what she wants to earn in hostess benefits and then I tell her my goal for us! It's all about hostess coaching and I have found that setting "party goals" and expectations for the number of guests before we even send out invites leads to more successful parties. I think my hostesses get more excited to meet their goal and I am coaching them along with way at least 2 weeks out before their party. Lisa Witherite, Director I celebrated my 8th Anniversary with Thirty-One with 8 Days of Deals from Oct 1-8 which got my month off to a great start. In addition to my Hostess of the Month Clubs which great hostesses, I had several home parties and a fundraiser all contributed to a great month with Holiday Shopping under way! Jennifer Powers, Executive Director I believe I owe my success to consistency, customer service and building relationships with my customers. Facebook parties are my jam and I post in my customer group 1-2 times/day. I love following up with my customers when I know a special or product they have their eye on is an upcoming special and offer them the chance to host and earn said product for free. Stasi Precour, Director I'm focusing on gifting at my parties this season. I'm helping my guests find the perfect present for their someone special. Once they pick an item, I share the add-ons and personalization options to make it perfect for them. Jessica Lawson, Director I work hard to sell all of the specials by suggesting who my customers could gift them to or who they could call and ask if they want one. I show embroidered products and always ask how they want to embroider their items. On months like November when we have specials with different prices I always talk about and love on the higher priced ones. Shanelle Kramer, Director Facebook parties have been changing my business this season. Hostess Coaching those hostesses with a daily message has made a huge difference. It's great to be able to party with ladies all over the US on Facebook. It's brought me so many new contacts, ladies on my customer group, bookings and even recruits!! Brianne Hagenhoff, Senior Director
