A quick and easy ‘shabbilicious’ Easter gift. . . made from a recycled egg carton.
1. I gave this one a quick coat of white Gesso to seal the cardboard egg carton. 2. Next I gathered some pretty supplies. . . I used a free vintage Easter download image for both the top and inside of egg carton lid. There are many free vintage images available online. Checkout The Graphics Fairy 3. A coat of paint in antique white (top) and pale pink (bottom) was used before adding a pretty polka dot paper to the top of the lid. 4. Next came the beautiful embellishments. . . some lace, paper doilies, crinkly pink ribbon, paper flowers, buttons and bling. 57
