Participant profile: Individuals with little experience who are interested in the handling of chromatographic techniques. Objectives to be fulfilled during the course: 1.- Theoretical knowledge of gas chromatography. 2.- Theoretical knowledge of mass spectrometry. 3.- Handling and maintenance of a gas chromatograph. 4.- Practice 1. Analysis by means of gas chromatography in a water sample with detection of PAH masses 5.- Practice 2.
