SGC Kids: Family Registration Forms: In order for us to provide our ministry to the children of our church, we require new registration forms to be filled by their family every year as part of our policy to protect. Please fill out our form through this link: http://tiny.cc/SGCFamilyRegistration
Kids (In-Person) Worship Gathering To help keep everyone safe from the spreading of Covid-19 and other variants, we will be registering families in accordance to SGC guidelines and policies. Parents and caregivers will need to reserve space for themselves and their child(ren) when registering for Sunday worship. To fully register children for our SGC Kid’s Ministry, please also select the correct “add-on” tickets for their worship group.
