providers. We’re your hands-on construction consultant. Q. Will I Be Doing Any Of The Actual Work? A. You will be managing the process. You don’t have to pick up a hammer. Some or our clients, do want to “get their hands dirty.” You’ll be hiring the subcontractors, but if you want to do some of the work, you can certainly do that! Q. How Much Of My Time Will This Require? A. If you were to hire a builder, you’d still have to work through the design, choose the materials, and make certain decisions during the building process. With UBuildIt, you will take on responsibilities of “project manager” so you’ll be coordinating subcontractors and making more decisions (with our help, of course!). You should expect to allocate 5 to 10 hours per week toward building your home during construction.
