Audrem grew up in a Filipino household that has always adored music and enthusiastic karaoke parties. She started singing at 10 years old, surrounding herself with choral ensembles and solo performance opportunities. In her first year at SFU, she joined the Peak Frequency music club to expand her connections with fellow SFU students and music lovers. In 2019, she won first place at SFU’s variety talent show, “SFU’s Got Talent”, which has motivated her to continue what she loves to do as a singer. Over the past five years she has enjoyed learning how to play guitar and building her songwriting skills. You can find her performing with the amazing Vancouver Youth Choir ensemble and find her music on her YouTube channel named “Audrem Galura”.
