The Board of Directors meets regularly to conduct Association busi ness. An Annual Members Meeting is held each year and all residents are invited to participate in the election process at that meeting.

Association Monthly Maintenace Fees: $310
The monthly fee may be paid by check or automatic bank payment. Timely payment will avoid any late charges.
Neighborhood e-newsletters:
Newsletters are published periodically. They are eMailed to all resi dents who have registered their email address. The newsletters are also posted in the mail building. To be placed on the e-newsletter list contact Barb Bitler at barbarabitler@towneproperties.com
Household Garbage:
All household trash should be placed in the gray bins. Normal trash collection is every Friday. Trash bins should be placed at the foot of the condo driveway for pickup. If a holiday falls during the week, the trash and recycle pickups are delayed by one (1) day.
Recycling:
All recyclable material should be placed in the red bins. Normal pickup is every Friday. Bins should be placed at the foot of the condo driveway.
Hours of Construction
There are cetain hours suggested by the Association to have work performed on your unit. These hours are: Monday through Friday: 7:30a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: 7:30a.m. - 12:00 noon
