SEVC Exhibition Entrance All SEVC delegates with an SEVC badge are entitled to free entry to the Exhibition Area. If you don’t have an SEVC badge, you can also access the SEVC Exhibition Area for FREE! Register at one of the Desks at the entrance to Pavilion 8. Only practitioners and distributors will be given access. No final owners are allowed.

SEVC Staff Contact any member of our Staff with any questions. Their yellow SEVC shirts make it easy to identify all staff members. Check their “language ribbons” and see if they speak your language. You can find a member of staff in every Conference room, at Registration Desks and in the common areas.

SEVC Certificates of attendance Collect your SEVC Scientific Programme or SEVC International Nursing Programme Certificate of attendance at the “Bayer Cyber Corner” located at the Exhibition Area next to Bayer Healthcare booth. It is compulsory to show your SEVC Registration Badge. Other Certificates can be collected at the Registration Desks.
SEVC Exhibition Guide All information relative to the SEVC Exhibition Area is in the new Exhibition Guide. You can find a copy inside the Conference Bag or get your copy at the Exhibition Registration Desks -Pavilion 8 for only 10€.

SEVC Proceedings CD Each SEVC delegate receives an SEVC Proceedings CD when collecting documentation at the Registration Desks. The CD contents are included in English and Spanish. It contains most of the SEVC Scientific Programme and International Nursing Programme proceedings as well as information on Speakers.
