Winners of High School Festival

HIGH SCHOOL FESTIVAL • Altogether great experience! • I had so much fun watching most of the other high schools perform and learning from theatre professionals in the workshops!

The winner of the High School Festival was Perry High School (GA) for its production of The Terrible Infants. Joe Sendek (back row, second from right) is the director.

Helena Schatzki (above, left) and Jenna Reed won Best Actress. Kieshaun Butts (above, right) and Daniel Baesler won Best Actor. There were two winners (one for spoken performance, one for signed performance) in each category for their performances in Taste of Sunrise at SCAPA/Lafayette High School (Lexington, KY).

The runner-up in the High School Festival was Charlotte Country Day School (NC) for its production of The Crane Wife. Jenny Goodfellow (second row, third from left) is the director.
