This way to design allows the hotel or resort guests to feel at home, willing to come back to a place where it is really possible to understand this harmony, obtained by the right choice of colours and materials. SERAPIONI PROGETTI design forms, choose flooring, painting and lighting, to create an uniform and neutral complex of buildings, in contrast with the furniture colours and forms, designed from scratch or chosen in accordance with the clients taste.

THE CHALLENGE discover. create. implement Traditional elements in rustic design remain strong: exposed bricks, concrete stone walls or floors and rustic finishes in wood. The eye catching architecture and decor centerpieces are made only with material that have been around since before the turn of the century. The final touch to the rustic design approach blends the indoor with the outdoor and helps create a striking panoramic view.
Industrial
“Extravagant materials are not the hot trend right now and clean, a rustic getaway. Rustic is all about delive experience, combining a lot of rich colors and texture best of nature.

EXISTING SITUATION
The Project Theme:
The idea is to convert the existing lobby - as first guest’s approach to the hotel- actually without a specific character, in a tastefully designed space. Subtle coastal decorative pieces will be displayed in many areas, but what really will predominate here will be the clean architectural appeal.
The Colour Scheme:
Blue-and-white palette keeps the reception feeling cool and breezy. Colours will be of neutral tones with some contrasting colour touches, as eclectic mix of simple and sophisticated. From rich, warm wood accent pieces to sleek furnishings, these spaces carry an air of refinement along with a mellow, easy vibe.
Furniture and Lighting:
All sofas, armchairs, coffee tables will be replaced. The window wood frames will be painted in white colour and embraced linen window curtains will be mounted.
Renovation Works:
The Reception will be upgraded and re-designed: reception counter desks area will be modified: will be proposed a new design for three individual counters with a filling units behind them and a real tropical fishes aquarium on the back wall. Sectors of the ceiling will be planked with white wood, with a new lighting project. Concerning the lighting fixtures, new ones will be selected. For the flooring, we propose to maintain the existing marble floor, covered with some sisal carpets. The new layout will foreseen a lobby bar corner in the entry area of the existing fun pub, that will have access directly from ground floor facing the Piazza .
