Diana Acevedo, Ph.D. (2017-2021) and family welcomed baby Mila on October 3, 2021. Diana also received an NIH postdoctoral diversity supplement grant entitled "Novel Therapeutic Approaches for the Treatment of Neuroblastoma" which will support the next three years of postdoctoral training at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Jennifer Cooper, Ph.D. (2017-2021), in addition to her regular scientific research duties, is also a Project Manager for a multi-million dollar Department of Energy award that is building software to efficiently manage and analyze data from earth observing satellites. This involves managing staffing for the project, updating budget projections, liaising with customers, and producing project reports.

Alyssa Rollando Burke, Ph.D. (2014-2018) got a new job. She is working remotely for Boston Scientific Urology & Pelvic Health as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist and excited to be back to the world of catheters.

Molly McVey, Ph.D. (2006-2010) started a new position at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC as teaching faculty in the Sustainable Energy Engineering department. Feel free to reach out to molly_mcvey@sfu.ca.

Kyle Wetzel, Ph.D. (1994-1998) and his wife Lindsay are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Charlotte Rose on September 26, 2021. She joins loving sisters Hailey (17) and Nova (9).
