C. Waste Xpress® Food Waste Reduction System. The Waste Xpress® helps reduce labor and waste-handling costs while increasing kitchen efficiency. The kitchen waste, consisting of food and non-food items, is ground into small particles in the disposer grind chamber. This ground waste is then transferred to the de-watering unit where the liquids are extracted and sent down the drain line. The compressed waste is then dispensed through the chute into a standard 10-gallon trash can.
